This exercise promoting recruitment of the muscles of the posterior thoracic chain. It mainly uses rhomboids, lower trapezoids and posterior deltoids.

  • When standing in front of the suspension device Drop back so the arms are fully extended


  • From this position, make a horizontal extension with a 45 degré angle.


Make sure not to bend your elbows while moving. Try not to use your body sway during movement, focus on the work of the posterior chain. If the exercise is too difficult to perform correctly, step back to facilitate the exercise.
