This exercise is particularly used to strengthen the stability of the shoulders but also to stretch the region of the back. It often used in rehabilitation by kinesiologists and physiotherapists.

  • Stand in front of a wall.
  • Place your forearms to the vertical.
  • Keep fingers tight pointing up.


  • Raise your hands up keeping your forearms on the wall.


You must try to bring the shoulder blades together and do not put too much strain on the upper trapezoids
