This exercise is particularly used to strengthen the stability of the shoulders but also to stretch the region of the back. It often used in rehabilitation by kinesiologists and physiotherapists.
- Lower Trapezius
- Posterior Deltoid
- Pec. Clavicular Head
- Stand in front of a wall.
- Place your forearms to the vertical.
- Keep fingers tight pointing up.
- Raise your hands up keeping your forearms on the wall.
You must try to bring the shoulder blades together and do not put too much strain on the upper trapezoids
