Exercises to stretch the calves (triceps sural). It requires a wall and therefore little to do everywhere. It is interesting to do this exercise at the end of a training session with exercises involving the calf muscles such as plantar flexions with free weights
- Triceps Surae
- Take a big step forward while keeping the feet pointing forward.
- Place the hands on the wall.
- Keep the back straight.
- Keep the head aligned with the body.
- Move the pelvis forward while keeping the back leg straight.
Keep the feet pointing towards the wall. Remember to stretch the other side.
