Position

  • Sit on the floor with the legs extended.
  • Flex one leg so that the top of the foot touches the inside of the knee.
  • Keep the back straight.
  • Keep the head aligned with the body.

Execution

  • Incline the trunk to attempt to touch the end of the toes of the extended leg with the hands.

Care

Keep the back straight. Remember to stretch the other side.
