Hip stretching exercise especially the abductors. The exercise does not require any equipment. It can be done at home or at home. It is important to do the movement gradually so as not to compromise the lower back in the action.

  • Cross the legs by passing one over the other while taking a step to the side.
  • Keep the weight on the front leg.
  • Keep the back leg extended.
  • Keep the back straight.
  • Keep the head aligned with the body.


  • Move the pelvis to the side of the tightened leg.


Remember the stretch the other side.
