This stretching exercise involving the forearms, but especially the extensors. It is important to breathe in well and breathe out during the movement. The exercise does not require any equipment and can be done at home or in the training room. Free weight training or manual work promotes tension in the forearm supinators. It is therefore recommended to stretch the regions well after a workout.
- Wrist Extensors
- Extend the arms in front of the body with the palms facing the floor.
- Place the other hand under the extended hand at the level of the end of the fingers.
- Pull towards the body with the other hand.
Remember the stretch the other side.
