Stretching exercise for the hand muscles especially the flexors of the wrist and fingers. It does not require equipment and can be done anywhere. It is often prescribed in order to gain lost mobility after a wrist bill or a stretching of the wrist muscles.

Body Parts

  • Forearm
  • Wrist Flexors


  • Extend the arm in front of the body with the palms pointing towards the floor.
  • Place the other hand on the back of the extended hand at the base of the fingers.


  • Pull towards the body with the other hand.


Remember the stretch the other side.
