Stretching exercise involving the forearms, but especially the supinators. It is important to breathe in well and breathe out during the movement. The exercise does not require any equipment and can be done at home or in the training room. Free weight training or manual work promotes tension in the forearm extensors. It is therefore recommended to stretch the regions well after a workout.
- Wrist Flexors
- Extend the arms in front of the body.
- Lock the finger together.
- Turn the palms of the hands by pushing forward.
